24-hour refund window
If the service does not work for you, request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and we will return your payment in full.
7-day money-back guarantee
Annual plans carry an extended 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within seven days of purchase and we will process the refund.
What is not covered
Refunds do not apply to problems caused by third-party player applications, an unstable or throttled internet connection, or hardware faults on your device. We will always try to fix the issue with you first.
Cancelling your subscription
Plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel mid-term. Simply choose not to renew when your term ends, or tell us and we will close the line.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email Infos@4kclarity.com with the email address used at purchase and a short description of the problem. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 5 working days.
