- That's normal — the full guide is downloading. It only happens on the first launch or after an app reinstall.
- A stream buffers on one channel only
- Switch to the backup feed for that channel, or message support and we'll move your line to another server.
- Nothing plays after installing
- Nine times out of ten the credentials were typed with a trailing space. Copy and paste them from our email instead.
- It works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data
- Some mobile carriers throttle streaming. A VPN on the device usually resolves it immediately.
